Unlocking the genius in the room, one workshop at a time.
Hello! I’m Andi. I'm a facilitator, creative catalyst, future-focused change agent & self-proclaimed corporate rebel. I'm known for my endless curiosity and my ability to ask tough questions - skills I use to unlock potential in people, organizations and communities.

Facilitation is a superpower.
Let's help you harness it.

Interactive, hands-on sessions are the most effective way to achieve transformation in individuals and groups within a short period of time. Why do I think that? The format gets everyone involved, creates energy, builds community and allows each member to contribute. To achieve their full potential, a workshop needs a great facilitator - someone who can channel the strengths of a designer, teacher, psychologist and strategist all at once.

Workshop your workshop.

I transform on- and offline meetings, workshops and programs into engaging, interactive and meaningful experiences. I've probably designed over 1000 hours in the last ten years so I have more than a few opinions on the topic.

Your Challenge: You’re bringing people together to work towards a goal and you’re looking for support to make it engaging, effective and enjoyable for all involved.

Design: I will help you define the intention and desired outcomes for your session. Why are you bringing people together? What do you want to achieve by the end? The best gatherings commit to a bold, sharp purpose.

Delivery: Armed with your intention and desired outcome I can:
  • Consult on your session design
  • Co-create a workshop or program for you
  • Facilitate your project or occasion, or
  • Coach you on process design and facilitation.

Want to play even bigger than re-designing a workshop?

Design your organization.

The way we work is broken. Leaders from every industry and geography tell us about the myriad problems they’re facing in their organizations:
  • Meeting mayhem.
  • Email overload.
  • Fractured teams.
  • Silos.
  • Bottlenecks in decision-making.
  • Bureaucracy that stifles creativity.
  • Limited information flow.
  • Lack of accountability and ownership.
  • Foster psychological safety.
  • Scale without losing what makes our culture great.
  • Change our business model.
  • Figure out our blindspots in attracting diverse talent.
  • Retaining the great talent we have.... Do I need to go on?

So how does an organizational designer help?

Organizational design helps organizations shape the conditions that influence how employees experience their work. As an organizational designer, my job is to use the tools of design and facilitation to enhance organizational culture, boost collaboration and teamwork, improve structures and processes, enable learning and development, and create a sense of purpose and belonging.

There’s no silver bullet or magic wand for transformation. But we can break down change into a series of discrete but interconnected acts that together, over time, lead up to new behaviours and patterns.

Uncovering what a client needs usually involves good tea (or strong coffee), a comfortable space, and lots of honesty. With that long list of challenges, can you afford to wait?
